WARRANTY & RETURN CLAIM

We will accept 15 Days Refund or an Exchange claim.
In order to exercise the process, you must inform us via email info@aimasinterior.com , and WhatsApp +92 324 4141059 with reason and proof.
Please return the product package along with your COD slip along with the reason of returning the product.
You have to return the product package via tracking delivery courier service or a registered post on his own expense.
Refund requests will be processed with in the 10 -15 days after we receive the returned product.
All returns must be shipped to the postal address written on the COD slip.
We have a Q/A team to test your ordered products are working perfectly fine before they are packed and delivered to you. *Disclaimer: we can’t accept the exchange or cancelling after your order has been shipped.
